Streetsville Arts Fest (May 23 - June 5, 2008)

The Streetsville Art Fest is SAC's first initiative. The project is to celebrate 150th years since the founding of the Village of Streetsville.

During the entire two-week period there will be visual artwork installed in participating stores and venues all over the Village. Performances are scheduled over the two weekends of May 23 - 25 and May 30 - June 1. There will be live music and artists paintings live indoor and out. Book and poetry readings are also in the works. The Village will be alive with arts and culture!
Admission is free and the whole family is invited...

7:15-7:45: Cesar Forero Installation performance, with poety and dance

7:45-8:15: Mike Celia, Singer, Guitar

8:15-8:45: Cheryl Xavier: Poet Book Launch

8:45-9:15: The Young Guns, Improv/Comedy

9:15-10: Gerry Stewart/Jennifer MacGregor: Sax Player/Jazz
